Terrific Sr. Client Service Associate/ Analyst growth position. Opportunity to learn and increase your knowledge of pension & retirement plans, technology systems and the investing functions within a dynamic 30+ year old boutique RIA, fee-only firm. This highly respected client-centered firm is a leading financial advocate and investment consultant serving foundations, endowments, pooled profit sharing plans, wealthy accomplished individuals and families, attorneys, current/past highly successful business owners and participant directed retirement plans (401k).

Reporting directly to the Director of Institutional Services as well as providing client support for the CEO, the Sr. Client Service Associate will collaborate daily with passionate smart and very customer focused professionals all within a great positive team culture!

The Sr. Client Service Associate / Analyst will: RUN several key internal systems, develop reports and write workflows for better efficiency and automation; TRACK each client’s model portfolio in the system; COMPUTE each client’s performance relative to appropriate benchmarks; GENERATE and distribute quarterly reports, assist with quarterly client billing; POST updates to the company website/social media sites; PREPARE deliverables for institutional client meetings; Prepare PowerPoint presentations as requested; PROVIDE some general office administration and marketing support; IINTERACT and communicate with clients (phone, email, Constant Contact) as well as MANAGE various Projects throughout the year.

• Learn and master our investment analytics software as well as learn and maintain Tamarac- our portfolio accounting software / trade management / CRM system.
• Build and maintain Access database (or Zephyr or SQL or similar) and develop reports using a report writer system.
• Learn and assist the Chief Compliance Officer and CEO with certain recurring tasks throughout the year.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the above multiple responsibilities that vary in scope and complexity.
• Project management.

• A minimum of two years relevant experience within a small to mid-sized financial services firm.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• You possess strong analytical and numerical reasoning and critical thinking skills. Solid experience working with numbers that require accuracy, and an ability to identify and correct errors.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and database systems (Access or Zephyr or SQL or similar database) required. Intermediate proficiency with Word and PowerPoint. Experience with portfolio management systems and investment analytics software would be a Plus.
• You have a definite affinity for technology solutions and a strong ability to learn new software systems.
• You are a self-starter, go-with-the- flow, flexible individual with excellent organization skills. A can-do positive attitude.
• Curiosity. Desire to learn and seek new challenges. The interest and the aptitude to figure things out!
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills including a client-first attitude and the ability to work well with vendors and your colleagues.
• Must possess attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to meet deadlines and see projects and tasks through to completion.
